PA students manage acute presentations under attending supervision — respiratory emergencies, chest pain, abdominal pain, lacerations, orthopedic injuries. Pacific-specific exposures include heat illness, marine envenomation, and patients transferred from neighboring islands without local ED capability.

NP clinical hours in GRMC's outpatient family medicine and primary care service. Dedicated preceptors guide students through complete patient encounters, prescribing, and care coordination. Emphasis on wellness, chronic disease management, and health equity across Guam's multicultural patient population.

Surgical resident rotation at GRMC's fully equipped OR suite. Case volume includes laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, colorectal, and oncologic cases.
